Regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/pet/night. This will be charged through Airbnb after the booking is confirmed. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets. Thank you! *The yard is fully fenced in.
Guest limits: This property has a guest limit of 8 standard and 14 maximum. Extra guest fees apply beyond standard occupancy.
Maintenance: This property has regularly scheduled pool maintenance/cleaning every Monday & Friday.

While we do our best to keep the home clean and pest-controlled, a few critters may still find their way inside. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the charm of this countryside escape!
