The living area is spacious and perfectly designed for relaxation while watching movies on the TV. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and are the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
Not only do we have plenty of restaurants right on your doorstep, but we also have a fully equipped kitchen with enough appliances and stock to make simple meals for those nights when you just want to chill out and cook.
After a long day of adventure, make your way into our bedroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, a 32” TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom have 2 twin bed that converts into 1 queen-sized bed.
Have a cup of coffee and sit outside on the balcony with a great view of the city and the CN tower!
I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
An ensuite washer and dryer, and high-speed WiFi are all provided during your stay!

Union Station (the city's primary transportation hub) is a one minute walk from the building. Uber is also super convenient. The Spadina Street car is a 2 minute walk towards the water which goes along the waterfront and up Spadina all the way to Spadina station.
How to get to the unit from the Airport:
- You can take a 25-minute direct express train from the airport to Union Station which is connected to the building via an underground mall.
- It’s also a 30-minute taxi or Uber without traffic.
-There’s also a bus that goes directly from Pearson Airport to Union Station.
Access the rest of Toronto with the TTC, Union Station and underground P.A.T.H. right beside the building.

*Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you forms to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.
*The building amenities are available for 30 days or longer rentals only. The gym & fitness area, indoor pool, and sauna are all on the mezzanine level.
* Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A 150CAD pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
*There is no free parking spot in this unit but there are available secure underground parking with 24/7 parking across the street at 15 York for 20 to 30 dollars a day.
