Outside, hear sounds of our trickling creek while you’re enjoying the fire pit, hot tub, or grill patio in the middle of the Rocky Mountains. We’re 15 mins from Evergreen lake.

Other things to note
*The last mile is unpaved and has some steep inclines. We live at 10,000 feet in the foothills of the Rockies and we receive quite a lot of snow (Nov-May). We recommend AWD/4WD and good tires to safely access our house if there is snow. Please keep an eye on the weather and drive carefully.
