We provide a key fob for parking in the garage. If the key fob is accidentally taken and not returned within 7 days, guests will be accessed $100.
We do have ADT cameras on the front porch which point to the front porch, driveway, and front yard. We also have a back porch camera which means the backyard and rear patio. And there is an ADT motion sensor in the living room. We may monitor guests' entrances into the house to ensure there are no issues with getting in and then turn off notifications until the day of departure so we can let our cleaning crew know they can get in to clean. We have these devices since the house is vacant, mainly during the week, to protect our property when no one is there.
A noise monitoring system ensures noise levels do not disturb neighbors. We may monitor that occasionally to determine if noise levels are excessive. However, guests will automatically receive alerts if the noise level is above 100 db for 10 minutes or longer.
