BELLDON’S COASTAL COLORS is the island’s most exclusive family oriented Condominium Community on the beach! Game room (pool table, foosball, air hockey,flat screen TV and more); exercise room (with plenty of equipment); private library with internet access; party room; private pool, kiddy pool & hot tub and 24-hour security are just a few of the amenities. This huge condominium has almost 2,000 square feet of luxurious living space consisting of three bedrooms (all with new flat screen TVs on the wall and Tivo units) and 2.5 bathrooms. The master suite has brand new furniture with a king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen-size, pull-out couch and there is an aero bed in the unit. The living room and dining room have recently undergone a $40,000 renovation replacing all of the furniture, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blinds, etc. $4,000 of tiling at the entrance of the unit was recently added. All new bedroom carpet was added a few years ago. New deck furniture was added in 2016. Because we use the unit half the time, we take care of it like it is our home (not a rental property). As an example, many units where having their refrigerators, A/C units, and hot water heaters break ... no kidding .... (as you know, things do break over time and all units had the same equipment). To avoid this, we replaced a fully functioning refrigerator (which we gave to another unit owner whose refrigerator broke) with a brand new, high end stainless steel French-door style refrigerator. We also replaced a fully functioning A/C unit and added a sensor to the A/C unit to turn off the A/C if the pan has too much water accumulate. Finally, we replaced the hot water heater. I don't know about you all, but there would be nothing worse than coming down to the shore and having no A/C, no hot water, or nowhere to put your food!!! Well to avoid that, my wife and I decided to preemptively replace them all :-) Hopefully now we, and you, can enjoy the shore without the worry! Our place also includes a deluxe fully equipped kitchen (including new Keurig coffee system, and Alexa!), a high end living room (stereo with iPhone and iPad doc to listen to music or watch movies, a 40' Sony Bravia flat screen TV with Tivo, plenty of comfortable seating), a large laundry room, and a large deck with ocean views. These are only a few highlights of our gorgeous condo. The master bedroom rivals a 5 star hotel room with new furniture, great views, access to a deck with ocean views, a flat screen TV and a Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Our condo also comes with 'amenities' not even included in a five star hotel including: wireless internet access throughout, Alexa included in a portable water-resistant speaker, a Wii system with 4 remotes and a number of Wii games (from kids to adults), a laptop with internet access and a number of kids games, several DVD players, and Tivo in every bedroom and the living room. We even have a connector in the living room to allow you to watch iPad and iPhone movies on the TV. Nearly everything you would need for a vacation is already included in our rental. For example, we provide: sheets, bathroom towels, 8+ beach chairs, beach rollers to carry your stuff to the beach, beach toys, and beach umbrellas. Speaking of five star hotels, you will find the service we provide our tenants equal to the best hotels. One tenant during their stay emailed us that the front door was hard to open (you had to jiggle the key to get the door open ... we're at the beach so sand gets in everything!). That same day, we had a locksmith at our unit to repair the lock. Another tenant emailed us saying it would be nice to have lobster crackers (and we thought we had everything you could ever need in our kitchen!) and a third beach stroller to carry things down to the beach. The next day, Amazon delivered both to the unit. Let us share our good fortune with you! Having purchased this condo as a place where we could enjoy family vacations we would like to rent to families looking to create life-long family dreams at the shore. One last point to note. While renters are not allowed pets (per the building association), we do have dogs that stay in the unit when we are at the shore (in case someone is really allergic to dogs).
