The Savannah Cottage is one of the most picturesque cottages in the Coast Cottages community with expansive, white wrap around porches and cool blue turquoise shutters. Relax on the cottage's porches and enjoy the breeze from the ocean. It is just steps away from the beach, pools and covered beach pavilion.
You will have full access to the neighborhood amenities including 2 ocean front pools and covered beach pavilion with private beach access. The Coast Cottages neighborhood is one of the most sought after vacation rental spots on St. Simons Island.
This cottage has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and comfortably sleeps 8.
The master bedroom and bathroom suite is located on the third floor and is a wonderful escape for guests to enjoy. The bedroom space offers a king bed, a sitting area with a sofa as well as a large HD TV. The master suite has direct access to the third floor balcony with wonderful late afternoon and evening breezes or watch the Coast Guard Museum flag be raised every morning. The master bathroom has every feature guests will want to truly relax! A claw-foot soaking tub and a wonderful walk-in shower offer guests that luxury bliss.
The two guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor. The first guest bedroom offers a king bed with an HD TV as well as a sitting area. The first guest room has a private bathroom with an over-sized soaking tub with a shower. This bedroom is also considered a second master suite with direct access to the first floor balcony. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed with a bunk bed, a twin trundle under the bed and an HD TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower.
The cottage has been wonderfully updated with cool breezy colors that presents a beach chic appeal. The open floor living floor plan on the second floor allows guests to enjoy the living space, dining area with seating for six, a breakfast room with seating for four and an open galley style kitchen with a chef's quality Viking gas range. The living room is a great space to sit back and relax while watching a movie or the game on the large HD TV with a sound bar! Quickly access the large porches through multiple french doors on all levels of the cottage.
The cottage has an elevator. It does not go to the ground floor so it is not handicap accessible. The cottage comes equipped with fully stocked kitchen, central heating and air , washer/dryer and iron.
You and your guests will have access to the 2 neighborhood pools. Details of the Heated Community Pool: The Coast Cottages heats one of the pools on weekends (Friday- Sunday) during cooler months and certain holidays (at no charge to guests) Thanksgiving, week of Christmas through New Years Day, the last week of March and first week of April (Spring Break). Any other days may be heated upon request for $50 per day. A 48 Hour Notice to Management is required to heat the pools.
Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival you will receive full refund less a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival no refund.
