The house is located between Woodstock and Saugerties, only a 10-minute drive to both towns, and 20 mins to Kingston and Hudson. Close to excellent dining, shopping, and hiking.
30 mins to Hunter Mountain, 40 mins to Windham Mountain
Guests have full access to all three floors of our home, backyard, year round saltwater hot tub, seasonal salt water above ground pool, and fire pit.

Enclosed porch w/ private hot tub, fire pit, 2-tier balcony, charcoal grill, spacious yard. Deck with dining table, that seats 6, with an umbrella. Outdoor deck seating and coffee table. Additional dining table with umbrella on the pool deck, with chaise lounges, and umbrellas.
Above ground saltwater pool with wood deck. Pool opening date: Memorial Day Weekend. Pool Closing date: Labor Day.

A flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, gas fireplace, 8-seat dining table, laptop-friendly workspace
KITCHEN
Fully equipped, 6-seat kitchen table, 2 high-top bar stools, center island, gas stove.
Tools: KitchenAid Mixer, Ninja Blender, food processor, casserole dishes, serving platters, toaster, roasting pan, small and large dutch ovens, cutting boards, cheese grater, saute pans and an assortment of pots, tupperwares, peeler, can opener, food scale, mixing bowls, rolling pin, hand mixer.

At this property, we provide pack & play, crib and high chair for your convenience. For any additional baby items, we highly recommend bringing your own or sending us a message in advance so we can recommend a nearby rental service.

The Primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second-floor bedroom with twin beds has an en-suite bath as well. The remaining second-floor bedroom with a double bed has the option of using the full bathroom on either the first or third floor.
The Primary Bedroom Suite has the optional attached nursery with crib and twin bed as well as an attached office with a double bed. We don't include the double bed in our bedroom count because the room is inside the primary bedroom suite.
A car is necessary, 4wd recommended for winter months.
AC window units in all bedrooms (except the nursery and office of the primary suite) as well as an AC unit in the living room and the kitchen. AC units installed Memorial Day Weekend and are removed after Labor Day weekend.
The dishwasher at this property is not usable, please do not try and use it!
This home is not pet-friendly due to allergies.
You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service, and pool cleanings.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Ticks, bugs, and wildlife are a regular part of Upstate, NY. Tick prevention sprays for yards are very toxic to animals and pets, so we do not use them. Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside.
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
- Please note guests may experience difficulties with cell service while staying at Saugerties Manor. We recommend connecting to the internet during your stay to mitigate communication issues with our team and anyone you wish to contact. Thank you for your understanding!
