3 Bedroom Cabin in Coboconk, Kawartha Lakes

We are situated at the highest point of the Trent-Severn Waterway in Coboconk, Ontario in the City of Kawartha Lakes. From our location on Gull River you can boat to Balsam Lake where you will find excellent swimming and fishing. Of course you can swim and fish right from our docks. The cottage has a kitchen stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, full size fridge and stove with oven. Kitchen linens are supplied. All dishes should be washed and put away at time of check-out. Bed linens and towels are not supplied, but can be for an additional $50. The cottage has a deck with propane BBQ (propane is supplied). A 3 bedroom, this cottage is situated on the east side of the 2 acre property at the north end of the waterfront side, facing south-west. It has its own driveway with access off the right-of-way which is adjacent to our property. It has a nice big deck. Within walking distance you will find a grocery store, drug store, LCBO, The Beer Store, Coffee shop, Subway, pizza parlour, as well as other interesting places to shop. On the road side we have an expanse of lawn for all kinds of outdoor games. Docking for your boat, if you are bringing one, is free. We have a designated swimming area with a small sandy beach. Fishing is not allowed from the dock by the swimming area. The waterside deck by the swimming area is a great place to spend your day, just relaxing or watching the kids play on the beach or in the water. Our horseshoe pits and firepit are both by the water. You will find plenty of chairs for relaxing on our property. We have 2 more 3 bedroom cottages and a 1 bedroom on the property, as well as a B&B with 6 guest rooms. NOTE: WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD # TO HAVE ON FILE IN LIEU OF DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Cottages ARE equipped with the following amenities: Kitchen stocked with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, cutlery Full size stove and fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave TV with Satellite, DVD/VCR player, electric heat Pillows & blankets Private deck with propane bbq & tank of gas - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Cottages are NOT stocked with: Paper products (toilet tissue, facial tissue, paper towels, etc.) Linens for beds Towels - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES: Sheets and towels can be supplied for an additional $50. We supply life jackets for the use of our canoes, pedal boat & boat rental. Our life jackets our not for wearing in the water or near the water. If you need life jackets for this purpose, you must supply your own. We do have some small life jackets for children, but do not guarantee availability of the proper size. The fire pit is shared. We supply the firewood. Restricted use of it is governed by the fire department. Please abide by a no burn warning.
