Positive: Landlord Giorgio has been very generous with the complimentaries he left for us (i.e. wine, beers, milk, natural and sparkling water, Nespresso machine with capsules, mochapot with coffee, different teas, pasta, cake etc.). He also provided some extra amenities when we asked (i.e. toilet paper, Nespresso capsules, garbage bags). He constantly shared great suggestions about restaurants, beaches and attractions from WhatsApp which were very useful to guide us. He was very kind, friendly and caring, constantly checking with us whether everything is OK. Free early check-in at 12.00 instead of regular 16.00 was appreciated. Design of the house, furnitures and amenities were very modern. A/C was a high quality one. Various board games for the kid has been beneficial. Having 2 showers was an advantage. Having the dinner at the large terrace and sitting there afterwards were pleasant. Nature around the house was peaceful and you could enjoy the silence at this suburban house.
Negative: Around 20 minutes away from Alghero city center and closest beaches with car. No diswasher at home. No mosquito net at the main door (all windows had it though). A bit hard having to distinguish/collect/sort 6 different types of garbage at home. No tip part of the hairdryer. Old-fashioned corkscrew, a bit difficult to use. No shadow spot at the garden for the parked car.
