Splendid independent villa from the 70s, built and furnished in the design style then in vogue in Costa Smeralda at 40 m. from the sea, with a very wide beach on an enchanting sea, in a small condominium of three houses, in the first historic area of Monte Nay. Well-kept private garden 500 m. 2 parking spaces. three bedrooms, one double (double bed and two with two single beds, possibly adaptable to a double bed. High chairs, cots and banks are available. Each room is equipped with built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, bedside tables and lamps. 2 bathrooms, one of which (complete with shower and the other with washing machine, sink and toilet (not equipped with shower and bidet). Large kitchenette with 4 burners, microwave, fridge / freezer and dishwasher. Large living room consisting of a three-seater sofa, two armchairs, table with 6 chairs, 2 sideboards and walkway.
