Positive: The staff was so kind and accommodating. They has so many great recommendations. While this was an emergency unexpected trip due to a family member in the hospital, the staff at Sapphire helped make it memorable. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. It was an amazing value.
Negative: It’s hard to note what I didn’t like because they did a great job.
