Negative: The lock in the bathroom didn't work. The dishes were dirty. Half the lamps did not work in the hall. Weak router - the Internet only worked well in the hall. Dangerous situation in the kitchen - a kettle with boiling water is above your head, it is impossible to lower it down because of the wire. A very noisy place, next to a highway and planes flying. I think the price doesn't match.
