Hi, you'll love my place because of its location and convenience. This is my first purchased home, it's a very special place for me. I want you to enjoy this place as much as it does for me. Santana Row features popular shops, restaurants and nightlife. The good news is that they're located literally beneath your feet! It's also close to airport, public transport, Levi's stadium, SAP center and downtown San Jose. You'll also enjoy all the extra amenities my place has to offer. A residence card (15% off restaurants and shops will be offered). I know how important it is to have a good night sleep, you'll love my Casper mattress! Move in ready! The unit is fully furnished with everything you need to live comfortably. The unit is a rear facing with huge glass windows overlooking the backside. The perks of the backside is it's very quiet and serene. Santana Row is just downstairs. The Space: Available for Corporate Housing Rental as well. My place is perfect for business travelers - This is a 1100 sq. 2 story 23 ft high ceilings loft(open concept) - Upstairs is the master bedroom with a Casper queen size bed! TV, Bathroom with dual sinks, shower/tub combo and a large walk-in closet. Washer/Dryer/iron board/Shampoo/soap are also available. - Downstairs is the living room, a half bathroom. It has an open den/ bedroom which we can be used as an office or second bedroom with a queen size bed. - Kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, ice maker, K-Cup coffee maker and all cooking utensils. - Queen size air mattress as a third bed - Nest Thermostat - Live streaming HD television with SlingTV service on a ROKU device in the living room and master bedroom - Comcast High Speed Internet (100 MBPS) - Two HD TV's - Wide screen computer monitor and mouse for business travelers - BOSE wireless Bluetooth speaker - A multi Classic Console Gaming Systems(thousands of games included.
