Positive: Its hard to describe in so many words what a wonderful and unique this place really is. Set amongst 700 hectares of (private!!!!) natural Tuscany countryside with bucks, dears, rabbits and wild boars roaming around in the fields. The location is beyond perfect. As for the house... well - its sort of a country cottage that you immediately fall in love with. 15 minutes after arrival you start to think what would you change or rearrange (mind you almost nothing) if you had the possibility to spend the rest of your days there. Laaaarge kitchen with all necessary utensils, large fridge, living room with 360 panoramic view and exit towards the garden / grill area and (wait for it...) a large swimming pool. On the first floor there are two beautiful bedrooms, each en suit. Comfortable beds? - check. Anti mosquito nets in ALL windows? - check. Satelite TV with free Netflix? - check. Excellent and unique wine produced by the family (complimentary bottle)? - check that as well! Last (but not least) the owner - Pietro, who has been most kind and attentive yet in a way you can hardly guess that you're not the owner of the villa. The only negative thing is that its not for sale. Otherwise I would not hesitate a second.
