If you're the exploring type, be sure to check out nearby Germantown, The Gulch, 12 South, East Nashville, and Sylvan Park -- all of which are within 10 minutes from this location. Walk a couple of blocks to ride the free music city circuit bus, call joyride for a ride downtown or catch a ride with uber or lyft and you'll be in the heart of downtown in minutes. Head out the front door and walk just a couple of blocks to bicentennial mall state park and the Nashville farmers' market to check out the incredible food and unique boutiques of the neighborhood. The vacation rental Damage Waiver is not insurance, but instead an agreement by Stay Local Nashville, Inc., to replace or repair unintentional damages up to $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) in total to the rental unit’s interior.
