Positive: Very nice house, close enough to the beach, but far enough to be able to enjoy your vaction without all the hustle and bustle of being right in the center of the boardwalk . The house was big enough to accomodate our large family.
Negative: The house was not as clean as other houses we have rented . The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, although it looked as if they had attemted to try and do them they were not clean nor was the dish washing pod even melted. The queen bedroom upstairs had a urined soaked bed ruffle on it, but was changed after calling twice for a clean one. Dryer vent was clogged and lint trap was broken, took forever for the clothes to dry. The screen on the back screen porch was ripped along the edge by the door, but did not effect our enjoyment of the room. Over all, this house was very nice and we would definitely rent this home again.
Summary: Had a great time in Ocean City, this house was a very nice place for our weeks stay.
