This well maintained 4 bedroom 4 bath ocean view condo is available for short term rentals. This completely furnished high end condo located at the prestigious West end of Ocean Isle Beach is very roomy with large decks to enjoy the ocean breezes or just have a leisurely meal. The large dining area, Breakfast Bar and adjoining Great Room offer generous seating for all. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with all of the necessities of home..enough flatware, cookware, and utensils to prepare meals to be enjoyed together. The Master bedroom hosts a King bed, his and hers bath with jetted tub, walkin closet and flat screen tv. Not all bedrooms have TV's. The ''M & M'' bedroom has a microwave/minifridge 2 full size beds and an ensuite bath. The two remaining bedrooms feature two full size beds in each and their own ensuite baths. Videos, books and games are there for your enjoyment as well as a DVD player with surround sound and secure WIFI. The expansive ocean-facing deck is shaded with a dining table and classic rocking chairs to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the ocean. Included in your stay, while in season, is the Islander Beach Club which offers an Oceanfront pool, hot tub and sun deck and a secured kiddie pool. Ocean Isle Beach is a family-oriented, relaxed pace of life style, quiet, non-commercialized, beautiful beach. There are fifteen golf courses and numerous restaurants within ten miles. . This location is only 30 mins from the multi activity offerings of Myrtle Beach and 50 mins to the historical city of Wilmington. Please note, community pools will be open pending beginning of season inspections but cannot guarantee a specific date.
In the peak season (Memorial Day- Labor Day), we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. In the off-season, linens and towels are an optional fee at the time of booking. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. No children allowed in elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.
You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, no one can be under the age of 28 years old.
If your group is unrelated, the average age must not be less than 28 years old
