Callala Beach, being inside the bay, does not have big waves or nasty currents, making it ideal for children to frolic in. It is also easily one of the more charming beaches in the region. Aside from the beach, back at home you can fire up the BBQ in the weather proof pergola leading onto the garden, or on colder days, snuggle indoors with a coffee in hand and immerse yourself in one of the numerous movies or surf the net with our Free Telstra NBN WIFI. L shaped living area having oversized windows allowing oodles of natural light in. Features a split system air conditioner and a 50" Smart TV with a wide choice of movies on an external HD. WIFI internet to surf the net. Further, there is an assortment of board games. There is a comfy Hemnes day bed where you can chill or read a novel or enjoy some shut eye and recharge your energy.
Sleeps 1.
ALL linen and towels are supplied based on the number of guests advised.
Bedroom 1:
Comfortable QUEEN bed and has a built-in wardrobe. Pedestal fan and Oil fin heater provided.
Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2:
Comfortable DOUBLE bed and has views of the huge grassed garden. Cupboard (drawers) for clothes. Pedestal fan and Oil fin heater provided.
Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3:
TWO sets of bunk beds. Built-in wardrobe, pedestal fan and Oil fin heater provided. Sleeps 4.
Port-a-cot (own linen) for 1 baby.
Kitchen:
Modern stone bench kitchen. Pod Coffee machine with choice of pods, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, and cooking utensils. Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket located in Kitchen.
Dining:
Adjoins the kitchen, features a timber dining table with seating for 6. A second TV - a 32" TV is mounted on the wall in the dining area. A high chair for babies.
Main bathroom:

Double shower with toilet, vanity and round mirror. Designer black fittings and fixtures leaves this room oozing with class. and bath. Separate toilet adjacent to laundry to cater for the toilet rush of a morning.

Solo shower adjacent to laundry with completely sealed translucent white sliding door and internal ducted fan. Toilet and hand wash basin within laundry room.

Huge covered outdoor pergola area and BeefEater 4 burner BBQ as well as a round Fire Pit.
Timber outdoor table with seating for 6.
Outdoor cold shower to wash your sandy toes and more.
Grassed backyard, Entirely fenced (please be informed that loop fence fronting the street is around 1.2m high therefore large dogs and dogs with the ability to jump must be continually monitored.
Parking: Capacity to park 3 cars on the property as well as a Caravan/boat/ jet ski.
HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 9 guests with a maximum of 6 adults
• No groups of adults under 25 or parties allowed
• No smoking inside
• $300 security deposit payable on all stays without exception
• Dogs are allowed inside but NO dogs on the couch or the beds please. Please B.Y.O (bring your own) pet bedding & bowls.

Summary: Fast communication with the owner. Very close to the beach making it easy. Good BBQ and pet friendly. We had small dogs however need to be mindful of the gaps in the fence if you have small dogs as they can get through.
