This resort style villa has been infused with coastal charm and offers a comfortable setting. Complete updates include new vinyl plank flooring, updated kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances, new cabinetry, quartz counter tops with white subway tile back splash. The furnishings are all new with a 50” and 42” flat screen TV’s. Bedding provides a nice queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room.
You’ll find Seaside Villa is located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive, a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Seaside is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was small. We had stayed there before. Wife likes it because you can get out of either side of bed. Some have bed pushed up to wall where she can't get out. Convenient to beach. It could use a facelift as it is getting a little worn.
