Wonderful lakefront home separated between 3 levels! 2 Master Suites!
Flat walk to dock with floater for boat tie-up, jet ski port, electric and lights. Gazebo on dock offers space for shade lovers! Fabulous SANDY BEACH and wide-water view. 3 kayaks, hammock and lakeside fire pit available for tenant use. Sorry, covered boat slip & hoist not available for tenant use.
Main level offers spacious living room w/55" flatscreen TV and blu-ray player, kitchen (fully equipped and includes Keurig!), dining area and ½ bath. There's also a master suite with king bed and access to the lakeside deck; includes 40" flatscreen TV. Master bathroom has double-bowl sink, tub and beautiful tile shower.
Upper level has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed and bunk bed. There's also a full bathroom with tub/shower combo between the two bedrooms.
Lower level has family room with air hockey table and 55" flatscreen TV w/ blu-ray player and bunk bed. 2nd master suite w/king bed located on the lower level as well. Full bathroom w/walk-in shower.
Wifi access (Xfinity), Comcast cable, Central A/C, Dishwasher.
Community amenities include a picnic pavilion and tennis/pickleball court-located just a short walk up the road!
Dogs allowed, 70lbs and under. Max. 2 dogs. Crate available for use.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are placing your reservation thru VRBO or one of the Expedia channels and your anticipated visit is more than 90 days away, you will see 2 separate charges within 72 hours of placing your booking. The first charge will be the VRBO Service Fee* and the second charge will be $200 which is collected by Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC. From that point on, additional payments will be made directed to Lake Retreat Rental Properties, LLC.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
Travel Insurance for trip cancellation and trip interruption is available through Travel Guard (an AIG company). Contact information is listed on the lease agreement.
