Wonderful walk-out waterfront home on a sandy/pebble beach, Located in a small/quiet beach community. Tides change daily offering ever-changing scenery! The sand/ground in the water can be described as soft "mud flats" so it is more ideal to go for a paddle/water activities when the tide is in. Just a short walk to Porpoise bay Provincial park, Centrally located in Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast. Peaceful neighbourhood/noise bylaws enforced at this location!

The house is furnished comfortably to relax or be cozy through any season you decide to stay. Walk out the back door and enjoy a picnic area in the centre of the backyard overlooking the beach. You are perfectly positioned in a calm bay to take in southwest views. Take a stroll down the road or beach straight in to Porpoise bay Provincial park featuring picnic areas, beach and playground.
You will be centrally located on the Sunshine Coast, great for making this your home-base to explore other outdoor activities/areas the coast has to offer. We are a short 40minute ferry ride from the Vancouver mainland, and a 30minute drive from the ferry terminal. Everything you need is in downtown Sechelt, only a few minutes drive away including shopping, hospital, swimming pool, sea plane tours, dining and more.
There is something here for everyone, whether you want to bike, hike, fish, watch the sea planes go by, stargaze at night without hearing any city noises...just peace and quiet. We also have 2 paddle boards and a child canoe to enjoy. There are also a couple places that rent kayaks very close by. The landscape and gardens change as the tide goes in and out, and as the flowers bloom. Come and stay any season of the year!
