With a 250 meter stroll to the beach for a surf or a exploring rockpools. Located in a peaceful suburb only 20 minutes from Coffs Harbour. Let the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep.
The space:
Surrounded by tropical gardens this house consists of 5 bedrooms- suited to 6 adults and 8 kids. The master bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan connected to an en-suite bathroom. Two rooms are decked out with bunk beds (only suited for kids) , while the other rooms have a queen (also has a ceiling fan) and double bed.
Two well separated living areas perfectly cater for large families or groups. The front living area has aircon while the back living area has a ceiling fan.
A laundry with a washer and dryer.
The front veranda is gated and fenced for privacy and the safety of children.
The covered entertaining deck is absolutely enormous including a bbq and outdoor kitchen and offers a tranquil and alluring outlook across the landscaped yard, from where you may spot kangaroos in the afternoon in the far paddock.
The driveway is secured with an automatic gate, while the garages are not available for guests there is ample parking along the driveway and in front of the garages.
** This is a rural property, there are various wildlife who call this part of the world their home. This includes (but not limited to): possums, birds, geckos, lizards, frogs, snakes, spiders, mosquitoes, flies, beetles, native bees and wasps, kangaroos and water dragons. We provide a can of insect spray under the kitchen sink and outdoor kitchen sink if you see an insect that you don't like. We cannot control the wildlife.
Guest access
You will have full access to the whole house (not including the garages) and an acre of land out the back to the fence line. There is an additional paddock behind the acre but this MUST NOT be accessed as it is private property. This is signposted.
Other things to note
This large house is on a single level. There is only two steps up from the driveway to the front deck to enter the house.
Our landscaper comes to attend to the lawn on every second Wednesday if this is during your stay, we will send you a message the day before. His visit is quick and shouldn’t impact your stay. All we ask is for you to pick up any toys on the lawn and to park cars in-front of the garages so he can access the lawn.
