Positive: I did not attend the breakfast. The location was convenient to the beach as we had hoped.
Negative: Older facilities broke during our stay -- nothing major. I fixed the rusted toilet chain with a paper clip and bought a new plunger at the local store when the one provided broke.
Summary: Overall great value. It was a little small for five people but it worked out fine.
