This cozy beach townhome gives you a super easy access to the beach, only steps away from the private beach access in this oceanfront community. This townhome is super cozy and features a main floor bedroom with a full size bed, the upper loft accessed by a spiral staircase is a master bedroom with a queen bed and upper deck. This comfortable cottage sleeps 4 guests and gives you the perfect little beach get-away. Great fishing, this complex is next to the fishing pier. The cottage has two decks with outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean air. Great North Topsail Beach location! This home does not include linens and towels. You will need to bring your own, or order through a linen service. We recommend: www.sweetdreamslinen.com. Parking under the cottage for one car only (HOA will tow additional vehicles), No pets permitted per HOA! No trailer parking on premises.
