Most owners of Sandpearl Resort rent through a management company thus passing high rental rates on to their guests. We do not need to do that as we discount our rates for our guests and enjoy personal friendship and knowledge of who is using our property. In return giving our guests a reduction in fees of $100's of dollars per night. This gives us the security of knowing who is occupying our condo and our guests the best rate possible in Sandpearl Resort. A win, win for all. Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed your 'slice of paradise'! The suite was everything we could have asked for! It is clean, spacious, very well appointed and everything is in good working order. The view of Clearwater Beach and the Gulf is beautiful, day and night. The staff at the Sandpearl is amazing - friendly and available whenever you need them. And the price is a huge savings over renting from the resort itself.
