Summary: My family and I decided to take a plunge and go to Mexico with 2 kids under two. I contacted Prestige Escape and they were able to provide me with total costs and availability promptly. Prior to the trip, I asked many questions to understand the resort as well as the “bracelet benefits”, prestige was quick to reply and reassure me and also assisted me in booking airport transportation. Once we got to the resort and everything met our expectation. On the first day I went to Royal office in the meeting point, and was able to make dinner restaurants for the duration of our stay. I quickly got to benefit from having the upgraded bracelet by attending the premium bars (located all over the resort), staying in the family section Royal pool beachside, which were fully shaded. Access to this pool was restricted so we had a great time with the kids as they could float and enjoy the day. While there I was approached to use the spa, the guide also reminded me that with the bracelet I got a discount, so I agreedIt was so relaxing. Overall, I enjoyed the resort as it offered multiple restaurants and a great clean experience. I would definitely stay at Sandos Playacar, and definitely use Prestige again so I can get the benefits otherwise not offered.
