Positive: Didn't get up early enough to eat breakfast

Negative: That when I had to leave a day early for a funeral, Sandos would not refund my money and was not understanding of the situation. They told me I would have to contact Bookings, yet when I added someone to my reservation arriving a day after I did and leaving with me they accepted it. That makes no sense. I sent a message to Bookings about my refund and have not heard back.

Summary: I lived the location outside of the refund of last day.
