Summary: The bathroom had a used soap in the shower, floor had something brown that could have been wiped, and garbage on the floor. Room was freezing upon entering with a/c set to 16, set the temp to 18 and left the room. Back of the bathroom door was also quite dirty, looked like it just needed a good wipe. Makes you wonder what wasn’t cleaned that we can’t see. Told the desk about concerns at check out and she asked if we called to change rooms previous night, we did not, after driving 10 hours we went for dinner then back to our room to sleep……
