Positive: Good location and very reasonably priced Big modern spaces with good airconditioning throughout Great electric shutters for a good dark night's sleep Full kitchen is helpful
Negative: The security of the building is terrible - the front door (which has a key code) is always open and the doors between the car park and the building are unlocked - so the only security is the door to your flat This means that anyone could be going up to use the rooftop pool In our flat one of the bathrooms had a dodgy extractor fan that seemed to funnel in a horrible sewage smell - this bathroom also only produced cold water All in all it was still okay because the flat is cheap and you get what you pay for - its not going to be luxury
Summary: Poor security and dodgy plumbling but overall still v good value for money
