This house has truly become one of the gem's of the South End of Pawleys. Cable TVs in every bedroom and in the living room. Comes equipped with rocking chairs for the screened in porches. Bedroom accommodations include two bedrooms with a king and two bedrooms with two doubles, with a bathroom on either side of the home.
The 5th bedroom includes its own bathroom with a shower, queen size bed, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven along with brand new furniture and decor to make you feel absolutely at home. There is NOT an interior stairwell to this bedroom. Additional amenities include wifi, two outside showers, stairs directly to the beach from the deck, washer/dryer, concrete underneath house for covered parking, and a charcoal grill.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hard to understand why there is not a walkway to the downstairs bedroom so that sand is not tracked in every time one enters the room.
