DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Sandollar 5. Our beautiful beachfront townhome is located on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive, directly on the white sands of Miramar Beach. Complete with 4 levels of oceanfront decks, this beach oasis is just what the beach lovers desire. Imagine waking up to the sounds and smells of the Gulf Coast just feet from your balcony. You can't get any closer to the ocean than this, and we are pleased to offer this upgraded, modern beach house for your family's enjoyment.
The top floor is where the master bedroom is located, completed with a private balcony with an unbeatable view of the ocean. There is also an upgraded private master bathroom adjoining the bedroom. Also on this level is a second bedroom with a full-size bed and a second full bathroom.
The middle level has a full kitchen and the main living room area complete with sleeper sofa. There is a large deck that overlooks the ocean complete with a private grill. The kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops and modern appliances.
The lower level, or street level, has two additional bedrooms and a kitchenette area with small refrigerator and microwave oven, dishes, etc. There is a deck on this level that adjoins one of the bedrooms. The beach level deck has chairs and a place to store your beach toys.

**There are two designated parking spots for this rental, and they are directly in front of the unit. Guests may only park two small or midsize vehicles onsite. All other vehicles must be parked off site at owner's discretion.
**There is NO SMOKING allowed in this property.
**Pets: Restricted to 2 dogs of 40 lbs or less, crate-trained dogs only. Pets should be secured in crate at any time it is left alone in the property. Pet fee applies and may be added if not included at the time of reservation.
**There is no elevator here, so all parties should be able to navigate stairs. To access the beach, there is a staircase on the beach side of the building.
