Sea~Esta is a beach house that will give you all the amenities and comforts of home. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers a spacious design, nicely decorated and comfortable living for large families. Open bright floorplan with a large, private master bedroom with door onto second floor deck. The Great Room provides high vaulted ceilings , with a Large Flat Screen TV and plenty of seating for big families to enjoy their time together. Large fully equipped kitchen. Two separate decks, with plenty of seating for all, and a screened in porch giving you breezes off the ocean and the warmth of the sun. The salt water pool makes this house even more perfect, with plenty of sun and shade.
Sea~Esta is proudly named for the resting place that it is. Sea~Esta is located in the North End Sandbridge Beach, where secluded from the traffic, yet just a short walk to the market to get your fresh morning doughnuts.
First Floor - The first floor consists of two entrances into the house, one Queen bedroom, a full guest bathroom and laundry room. The main entrance welcomes our guest with a foyer and staircase leading to the main floor. The private bedroom has a Queen bed, Smart TV and plenty of closet space. This bedroom overlooks the pool. The guest bathroom is spacious with a large vanity and shower. The large laundry room, with full size washer and dryer, is perfect room to hold all beach items. The laundry room has a back door which leads to the back of the house, perfect for when you are coming in from the outdoor shower or pool.
Second Floor - The second floor, also known as the main floor, has a wide open space for all to gather in. This floor consist of a large, fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, electric range and oven and dishwasher and refrigerator. A dining table is available, with plenty of room for meals or playing board games, putting together a puzzle or game of cards. The screened in porch is located just steps away from the kitchen, where there is additional seating for relaxing with a drink on the outdoor couch, this room has a smart tv and ceiling fan for comfortable, shaded area and still enjoy the ocean breeze. The living room has a Smart TV and a sectional big enough for everyone to get together. The large, spacious Master Bedroom is located on the main floor as well, with a private bathroom that includes double sink, garden jacuzzi tub and a separate shower to freshen up for the evening.
Third Floor - The third floor has an open view of the downstairs living room and contains two bedrooms, one with two Twins and another Queen connected by a Jack and Jill, full bathroom with tub and shower.
Outdoor - The North Deck, located on the Second Floor, is accessible from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom and is perfect for moon gazing or a romantic nightcap. The South Deck, also located on the second floor is accessible through the screened in porch and the perfect place to enjoy the morning sun or work on your tan. The South side of the house is perfect to enjoy the ocean breeze sitting by the newly added pool, sitting under the deck is one of the places you can relax or lay for an afternoon nap. An outdoor shower is located outside the entrance to the Laundry Room, for your convenience, where you can wash all the sand off before coming into the house or getting into the pool.
Amenities - As we all know, it's hard to go on vacation and leave the electronics at home, therefore, there is Secure WiFi available for all our guest. SmartTVs are in all of the bedrooms, Great Room as well as one outside in the screened in porch.
Please be aware, for security purposes, a RING motion detected, security camera and spotlight has been installed under the carport as well a doorbell ring.
Auto lock deadbolt with keypad is programmed for each guest with a scheduled keycode during their stay.
