Sanibel Island Vacation Rental condo - Sand Pointe 218, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Enjoy spectacular views in any weather from the oversized lanai featuring additional storm glass sliders. This fully updated condo with all new kitchen appliances features a master suite, with a walk-in closet, that also opens onto the lanai. You will enjoy gorgeous views of the tropical foliage that spills out onto the Gulf of Mexico and breath-taking sunsets to complete your day. This private, light-filled end unit is located on the quieter, high-end area of Sanibel, and is close to shops, dining, and Ding Darling National Park. Sand Pointe is a small, beautifully landscaped complex located directly on the beach on West Gulf Drive with a heated swimming pool, covered parking, free high-speed wi-fi, storage for your rented bicycles, and elevators. Enjoy shelling, birding, biking, golfing, fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, and all that island life has to offer. This two-bedroom condo, available for weekly rental or longer, can comfortably sleep 6 with a king in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Please be advised that starting October 3rd, 2022, the pool will be closed for repairs and renovation. This work should take about 2 weeks. In addition, the buildings will be painted, also starting on or around October 3rd. This project is projected to last 6-8 weeks, weather dependent. There will be workers, trucks, equipment, and some noise associated with this work. Thank you for your understanding as these maintenance items are addressed.
