This beachfront house is a perfect location for family and friends to enjoy a getaway and make great memories. Located on the south shore of Sand Point on 2 acres with 100’ of private beach, the property easily offers a weeks worth of relaxation! The well furnished, nicely updated cottage accommodates up to 10 people well. Heating/cooling units throughout house keep it comfortable for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the kitchen essentials. Linens and towels are included also! A washer and dryer are available. Internet and two flat screen TVs connected to cable. Everything needed to make you feel like you are at home. While the beach chairs at the waters edge, outdoor dining table/chairs and a small beach firepit area remind you that you are on vacation! Memorial Day through Labor Day- 6 day minimum rental required, with Saturday being the check-in day Main Level: 3 bedrooms (#1- queen, #2-queen #3-2 bunk beds), kitchen, living area and bathroom Lower Level: 1 bedroom (2 double beds), living area and bathroom Choose to sit on the beach, nature watch (bald eagles, deer, squirrels and fox pass through the area), or take a short trip to local sites. Bring your boat! A boat launch is close and you can anchor it in front of the cottage (weather permitting).
