It sleeps 8 people in one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and four twin bunk beds. Available in the off-season only, this awesome beach home is in Sand Point where the neighborhood's very short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach begins immediately across the street from the driveway making this one of the least expensive gulf views for eight guests in Sand Point. Plus there's only two houses between the Joint and the pool/hot tub area. And speaking of Sand Point, the Sand Point neighborhood is in town at marker #9 on the beach next to Beach Lodge (NOT way out of town, so far down Hwy 361 you can't even get a pizza delivered or drive a golf cart). In fact you'll only be a mile from the downtown area. The neighborhood offers a relatively large private pool and hot tub area exclusive to Sand Point plus a VERY SHORT private boardwalk and path over the dunes so there's no hiking or driving necessary from a home you just thought was close to the beach.
