Two year old home, very private (fenced in yard), 5 houses from the non-driving section of the beach, with a private heated pool. We also have the same exact house located directly across the street (Sand Dollar Beach Cottage). Specialty coffee shop at corner, bike rentals, restaurants and shops a few blocks away. 3 miles from downtown!

Summary: This place is amazing! The house is clean, well set, and in a perfect location, and the host was wonderfully responsive and helpful. We loved the coffee shop next door and the quiet beach down the road and being able to walk to tons of great restaurants. We will definitely be back!
