A beautiful house on a quiet cul-de-sac that is close to everything that Chatham has to offer. It is less than 2 miles from the many wonderful beaches! If you love to ride bikes, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a paved bike path is just up the street! You can bring your own bikes or rent them in town. There are many excellent restaurants in the area from fresh seafood, steak, Chinese food, burgers and pizza. And don't forget the great shopping that Chatham is known for! Or perhaps you just want to take the trail behind the house through the woods to Schoolhouse Pond, a fresh water pond to fish! The house is furnished with some of Boston Interiors furniture. There is a RING doorbell /camera in the front with partial views of the front yard. This is only used for security purposes. The master bedroom with a king bed is on the first floor with a en suite master bath including a whirlpool tub. The other 3 bedrooms are on the second floor along with a bathroom. You can watch TV in the living room or relax in the sun room or sit out on the quiet deck. Just bring your bathing suits and beach towels and be our guests! Please no smoking or vaping.
