Positive: Really lovely holiday apartment in a fantastic location - everything is on your doorstep - the beach, harbour and all the shops, bars, restaurants etc. The apartment had everything you need and was very cosy. The bed was super comfortable with lovely bedding. Easy parking at Millpool and the walk to the apartment easy enough if you don't pack too much! We only stayed 3 days but paid for parking for the week which was still good value.
Negative: This is more for information and not a criticism of Sand Dune. When we arrived at 4 pm, we were originally going to drive up to the apartment to unload but the road signage looked like there was no access and the streets were heaving with holiday makers so we parked up and carried our luggage. It turned out I didn't read the signs properly and there was access (which our instructions did advise but I panicked). However, I would not have dared drive through the crowds!! When we left I picked the car up and drove to the apartment and back out again easily at 8 am.
Summary: Lovely short break in a fantastic location.
