Completely renovated in December 2021, this split floor plan villa with two bedrooms and two bathrooms is located beachfront on beautiful Amelia Island. A short walk down the private boardwalk places your toes in the sand, or enjoy the sparkling pool with views of the ocean. The open living area is comfortable with fresh, relaxing décor and a fully equipped kitchen. The spacious main bedroom has a queen size bed and access to the balcony with ocean views. It also has a private bathroom with roomy closet, large vanity and walk-in tile shower. The secondary bedroom has two twin beds and across the hall is a full bathroom which includes a tub/shower. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area allows sleeping for two additional guests. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in the villa. Come spend island time to relax in this comfy oasis by the sea.
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Elevator and luggage carts available. Cable TV & free Wi-Fi. Inquire for weekly and monthly rates during non-prime time.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.
