Just Listed! Completely Renovated Unit! This beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath condo is located in beachfront complex, Sand Dollar Villas. A short walk down the boardwalk and your toes are in the sand! There is a beautiful, sparkling pool for your enjoyment. Freshly updated with cool ocean colors, the open living area is comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation . A queen size sleeper sofa accommodates additional sleeping. The spacious master bedroom has a King bed with a private bathroom with large vanity and shower/bath. The roomy guest bedroom has a bathroom with tub/shower across the hall. This unit also provides a washer and dryer. Enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. Elevators and luggage carts available. Cable TV in Living Room, TV's with streaming service in bedrooms and free Wi-Fi. Rates vary depending on the time of year. Ask about Snowbird rates for Dec-Feb.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
