Parking: This home allows up to 1-3 cars. There is no street-level parking permitted. All cars must be in the garage, guest parking areas or driveway. No Boat/Trailer/RV parking permitted anywhere in the community
If you have allergies to pets, it is your responsibility to notify us.
Smoking: This is a strict NON SMOKING property. (This includes Vapping). We ask guests to not smoke in the home or on the property. A fee, not to be less than $250, will be charged for violation of this rule.
PETS: This home is pet friendly so the whole family can tag along for the vacation!
Bringing a pet, you will be subject to a one time $45 fee per pet.
Please notify us of the number, breed and weight of any pets you will be bringing. (all animals must be under 50 pounds)
We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture.
We do provide lint rollers at the home for your use to assist us in removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding.
While it is impossible to remove all signs of pet hair, our cleaners do thoroughly clean the entire home including bedding and furniture.
Though the St George area has a small town feel, most venues are not in walking distance. A car is highly recommended. To get around the city, Saint George offers a local public bus transit system Suntran. Suntran runs three scheduled routes with buses running all over the city.
