The main home has two bedrooms and two baths with a full kitchen. In addition, there is a unit over the garage with a bedroom, bath, sofa sleeper, and another full kitchen. With three separate balconies and an outdoor firepit, there is lots of space to watch Sedona’s natural landscaping and even soak up some star gazing at night. You sit within a short walking distance to many trails including the famous Sugarloaf and Thunder Mountain trails. Enjoy a soak in our hot tub after a day of hiking.
The main house has two bedrooms. Through double doors, you will find a master bedroom, ensuite, and private access to a balcony. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a twin trundle. All bedrooms and living spaces have TVs allowing entertainment for everyone.
Access to the above garage loft apartment can be found one of two ways, either through its own exterior entrance or through the main home via the garage. Upstairs you will find a king bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and queen pull-out sofa sleeper.

Summary: I give everything about this amazing home 5 stars! First off, Jared - the property manager - could not have been more helpful or responsive during the booking process and throughout our stay (thanks Jared!). This beautiful Sedona home is in the middle of everything - including just a few blocks to several awesome trails! It's less than a mile to Whole Foods and under two miles to downtown. The home itself is clean, modern, has everything you could possibly need, has amazing views, and is in the cutest neighborhood. So many bonuses about this place - the hot tub (which is huge), two fire pits, a gas grill, two kitchens (perfect if you're bringing in-laws), ample parking, and more. I highly recommend this property and will plan to rent again when we are back in Sedona.
