Positive: Absolutely beautiful apartment and staff! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us early and were very responsive in communications. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had nice amenities. The location was phenomenal, in the heart of Florence and yet it was quiet in the apartment.
Negative: Just be aware that there are several flights of stairs to reach the front door. This is not a deterrent for us and I would absolutely book again in a heartbeat but this is something to be aware of if you have large suitcases, small children, strollers, difficulty with mobility, or simply don’t like stairs.
Summary: Gorgeous apartment to enjoy all that Florence has to offer.
