The Salty Peach, formerly known Sandy Bottoms, has been renamed and offers a fresh new look and feel from sunrise to sunset. You will love all of the extra amenities, new decor, added comforts and still has the same great location, spacious outdoor living, huge private pool, a porch swing and dining space for 10 people. Only a few blocks to the beach, with easy access to everything in Port A. Time to relax in beautiful Port A at the Salty Peach. No Smoking. No Pets. COPASTR "528982"
The Space:
Welcome to the Salty Peach! This island home was formerly Sandy Bottoms and was a hit with guests! New owners brought a fresh and updated look and feel with decor and added amenities with all of the comforts and convenience of home!
The Salty Peach has plenty of parking with 4-5 (depending on vehicle size) spots and room for a golf cart. It's 4-5 blocks to the beach and about a mile to restaurants, shopping and entertainment! Easy to cart around the island!
You'll be pulled into the back yard as it's one of the large yards in Port A and has one of the largest pools in Port A - much bigger than a cocktail pool. The whole family will be able to enjoy the pool together! Lounge by the pool, grill or, enjoy dining at one of the picnic benches - it's a true outdoor experience at the Salty Peach.
Heading upstairs, your top deck will offer you a porch swing that you could sleep on - super comfy and beautiful! Take in the sunrises with morning coffee and a throw blanket!
Walk into to a spacious living, dining and kitchen - open floor plan. This is where everyone will gather to make plans or after a fun day at the beach or telling all of your fishing stories. For those who love to cook, this kitchen is well stocked! Dine at the bar or at the large dining table and seating!
Shuffleboard anyone?! For those who like to stay busy and competitive, shuffleboard is right there! Enjoy a game in between cooking, eating or napping in the living area.
Walk down the hallway (where you'll find the full-size washer & dryer for guest use), to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
King Size Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, TV, and closet.
Full Size Bedroom with TV and closet.
Bunk Room (2 twins and 2 full size) with TV and closet.
Hallway/Guest full bathroom.
Salty Peach is comfortable, clean and beautiful for friends and family.
House Rules and Things to Note:
Minimum age to rent is 24 years old.
NO SMOKING in the condo. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am - Enforced
Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
Must be able to walk stairs.
No more than 10 guests.
No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged.
Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
No pets allowed. $500 pet cleaning fee will be charged.
STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.
Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
There are no refunds for outages of cable/wifi or if pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance or if temperature is undesirable.
If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee may be charged to the guest and will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.
We offer our guests a guide for our fave restaurants, activities, bars, nightlife, golf cart rental discounts and many other recommendations.

Most guests rent a golf cart. Easily cart around town and to the beach!

Summary: Our family had a blast! This house is especially perfect for young children or grand kids with the pool and all the toys in the yard for them to play with. If you’re relaxing in the pool the surrounding parental lock gate secures them inside the yard where you can monitor them while they play and watch the outside TV. The shuffleboard is unique and fun for all ages.
