✔ NO SMOKING anywhere on our property. No smoking on our deck, ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE. If there is evidence of smoking, we will notify VRBO and charges will be charged.
✔ No parties or events allowed.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
