Historic shingle-style ocean front home in a gated summer community, built 1890-1910. Ideal for families! Access to beaches, pier, swim float, tennis, small golf course, swing set and activities included in community fees. Pets are negotiable with prior permission. Minimum 2 week rental during the summer. We apologize, but can't do any event with a tent. We're in the midst of adding a deck on the beach side, plus renovating the kitchen and first floor bedroom and bathroom. Stay tuned for updated photos!
