Spend relaxing days at Windswept, our wonderful, family owned, waterfront home with dazzling water views from every room. Enjoy your coffee while the sun rises over Buzzards Bay or a cocktail and the cool summer breeze in the evening on the roomy porch. The side and back yards are perfect for games of croquet, volleyball and badminton- or just to sit while soaking up the sun and the peace. Four of the five bedrooms have uninterrupted water vistas. The master bedroom has sweeping views of Buzzards Bay. There is a queen size bed, chaise lounge, two desks, two bureaus, and a bathroom off of it. The "blue room" has two twin beds, two bureaus, and opens to the bathroom shared with the master bedroom. The "yellow room" has a full bed, two bureaus, and a gorgeous view to the east across Buzzards Bay. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, a bureau, and a blanket chest. Down the hall there is a full bath. The fifth bedroom has one twin bed, two bureaus, a twin size cot with springs, and a small private bath with the claw foot bathtub. Each bedroom has a fan and an electric heater. Our home has a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and linens and both beach and bath towels are provided. Our house is at the end of the Salter's Point peninsula; a seaside gated community in South Dartmouth, Massachusetts which is surrounded by Buzzards Bay. Amenities include a casual seven hole pitch and putt golf course, two sandy beaches, three tennis courts, a dock and pier, float, playground, clubhouse and offers organized activities-swimming and tennis lessons, cookouts, cocktail parties and game nights for adults and children. Moorings in the harbor are available to residents and renters at Salter's Point and can accommodate boats up to 40 feet in length. People ride bicycles everywhere and there's great kayaking and paddle boarding from either beach, so bring your own or rent locally.
