The open-concept layout allows you to enjoy breathtaking Gulf views whether you’re relaxing on the cozy couches, prepping meals, or playing games with family and friends. The well-appointed, high-end kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and shaker-style cabinetry. Gather for meals at the dining table that seats six, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar.
Step outside onto the Gulf-front deck to feel the sea breeze and watch pelicans soar or dolphins swim by—pure paradise!
This main floor also includes a king-sized bedroom and a full bath with a walk-in shower, making it a convenient setup for guests who prefer fewer stairs.
Upstairs, the king-sized primary suite features a private Gulf-front deck, perfect for your morning coffee or evening wine. The en suite bath includes dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. Down the hall, the third bedroom offers two full-sized beds and a trundle to sleep one more, with another full bath featuring a tub/shower combo just steps away.
Enjoy effortless beach days with the private dune crossover right outside your door—no long treks required! When you’re ready to relax out of the sun, two shaded picnic tables under the home offer a perfect retreat. A gas grill is also available for your cookouts.
Your small pup (max 2) is welcome to join the fun with owner approval and a $200 per pet fee. There’s even a fenced-in area for pup playtime! (Please note: dogs are not permitted on the Gulf Beach.)
There’s parking for up to 4 vehicles. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the balconies, and events are not permitted. Minimum rental age is 25, and stated occupancy is strictly enforced.
