This fully furnished, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath will accommodate 4 adults with a large, King bed for the master bedroom, and a comfortable Queen pull out sofa bed, located in the living room. This 43 acre property has many amenities onsite that include, 1100 private beach access, bocce ball, 6 tennis courts, 5 swimming pools, (2 heated), shuffleboard, 3 hot tubs, a 9 hole par 3 golf course, short-term canal dockage for personal boats, (reservation required) and a 5 star restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, all within walking distance of your front porch. Grab a drink and relax out on the back deck and watch the boats go by. There is also a snack bar on the beach (RIck's Sandtrap) to grab a cold drink on those hot, sunny days. Feel Safe in this gated community, that offers you privacy and 24 hour security of making the most, out of your stay. Snow Birds are also welcome.
