Salt House is situated at a very privileged location on the south coast of Kea, only a 2-minute walk from the cosmopolitan beach of Koundoros and a 5-minute walk from the lively beach of Koundouraki, center of water sports and scuba diving. Of course, besides the proximity to the sea, what makes this villa unique is a stunning 12-meter long swimming pool and its spacious pool area.
Covering a total area of 280 s.m., the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, offering luxurious accommodation with all modern facilities. The main house consists of a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace, a dining area for eight guests and an open plan kitchen, fully equipped with all modern appliances. The living area directly opens up to a shaded veranda where an outdoor table stands, ideal for dining al fresco and enjoying the sea views and the pool. A stone-built BBQ at the backyard will definitely be appreciated by those fond of barbequing. Few steps up from the living room you reach the first double bedroom with its spacious bathroom and a WC. Ascending the interior staircase, you find two more double bedrooms and a bathroom. All three bedrooms have immediate access to balconies and enjoy spectacular panoramic sea views across the azure Aegean Sea.
One level under the living area lies another bedroom with a bathroom and on the same level a fully furnished studio with an independent entrance offers complete privacy. The studio is suitable for up to 4 guests and consists of a comfortable sitting area, a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The sitting area, with a sofa that becomes a double bed, next to fireplace, may serve as the second bedroom.
